      Celebrating a century of stories. In honor of our 100th anniversary, we present The Centennial, a riff on the Old Fashioned using our specialty Whistlepig 10-year Rye Barrel Pick fat washed with bacon and Whistlepig’s Barrel Aged Maple Syrup for a smoky, savory sip. Served on a silver tray with a custom Mayflower coaster as a keepsake.

      Bathtub Gin – $25
      When The Mayflower opened its doors in 1925, the 18th amendment was still very much in effect, inspiring creative libations like gin distilled in a bathtub. This cocktail uses Irish Wild Gin and pays homage to Oscar Wilde, known for donning a green carnation on his lapel. When asked its meaning, Wilde replied, “Nothing whatsoever. But that is just what nobody will guess.”

      After 100 years of continuous service, The Mayflower has had its share of secrets and scandals. Our riff on the mezcal negroni uses Siete Misterios Espadin Mezcal, Sweet Vermouth, Campari and an espresso ice cube. As for our secrets? We’ll never tell.

        Celebrating a century of stories. In honor of our 100 anniversary, we present The Centennial. This riff on the Old Fashioned uses our specialty WhistlePig 10-year Rye Barrel Pick that’s been fat washed with bacon and WhistlePig’s
        Barrel Aged Maple Syrup for a smoky, savory sip. The Centennial is served on a silver tray with a custom Mayflower coaster as a keepsake.

        Bathtub Gin | $25

        When The Mayflower opened its doors in 1925, the 18 amendment was still very much in affect, causing much of the population to find creative ways to enjoy libations, one being distilling gin in a bathtub. This cocktail uses Irish Wild Gin, which pays homage to Oscar Wilde who was known for donning a green carnation on his lapel which many inferred was to signify a preference in partners. When asked about its meaning, Wilde replied, “Nothing whatsoever. But that is just what nobody will guess.”
